Oktoberfest

Al saw an advertisement for an Oktoberfest celebration this past weekend.  We went not knowing what to expect.  What we found was a mini (school-like) carnival outside in a church parking lot.  It was weak, but the kids had fun. 

Besides getting her face painted, Katie got beautified with some "Holy Hair".  That's what they called it!!!

Carson passed on the Holy Hair, and opted to play some games to win prizes.  We didn't see much hockey in WA State.  This was probably the first time Carson ever held a hockey stick.

Both kids walked away with a prize or two.  Katie completed her new look with some fancy new shades!
