Birthday Girl

Katie has officially turned 8 years old!!  She enjoyed another fun-filled day.  In the morning she skyped with one of her Vancouver BFF's Meredith.  Then she skyped with Auntie Debbie and her cousins before going outside and playing with a neighborhood friend.  In the afternoon she went to Girl Scouts.

Jack (Elf on the Shelf) also made a special appearance for Katie's Birthday.

After dinner it was finally time for presents before we went out for ice-cream.

This is "classic Katie"... her face clearly shows her true emotions... "A chair for my desk?  Really?"

Yet, she took it in stride and over-played it for the camera.  That's my girl!!!  Ha, ha.
