Miss Katie turns 9 years old on Monday. Part one of her birthday celebration was a trip to the American Girl Store to pick out her (3rd) doll with her birthday money. It wasn't an easy decision, but once she saw the "Just Like Me" doll (she later named Alison) it was love.
Katie, Allison and I then dined at the American Girl Cafe. Alison was seated at our table and was given her own cup and plate. Katie made sure Alison had plenty to eat and even helped her take a few sips of strawberry lemonade. It was an unforgettable experience!
